The apartment, located on the second floor of a building (NO elevator; apartment not suitable for people with disabilities: several internal steps), is situated just steps away from the major historical monuments of Piazza dei Miracoli and close to the lovely riverside promenade along the Arno. The accommodation comprises a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a mezzanine double bedroom. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on recovering the keys and accessing the apartment. Keys can be retrieved free of charge via smartlock on site. In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.
