Discover the authentic charm of Lipari, housed in an ancient Aeolian structure that has been completely renovated.
Nestled in a setting steeped in tradition, just a few steps from the picturesque piazzetta dei murales and a short distance from the beach of Portinenti and the lively piazza of Marina Corta, this exclusive first-floor studio for two promises an unforgettable stay on the enchanting island of Lipari. The interior of the studio is cosy and well-equipped, designed to offer maximum comfort.
With a spacious double bedroom with fridge and freezer, full bathroom with shower cubicle, colour TV, safe suitable for laptop computers and free Wi-Fi, every detail has been taken care of to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The presence of air conditioning adds a further level of comfort, guaranteeing an always cool and welcoming environment. Guests have at their disposal a large covered terrace with kitchenette, ideal for lunches and dinners in the open air. This is completed by a large outdoor area, both covered and uncovered, equipped with tables and chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the island.
This common area on the ground floor also includes a convenient outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after returning from the beach. Situated in a privileged location, the studio allows easy access to the island's main services.
Just a few minutes away is the bus stop that leads to the various beaches, the main port, the heart of the historic centre, a small, characteristic beach, and the lively piazza of Marina Corta, the island's natural veranda and starting point for excursions to the other pearls of the Aeolian Islands. This is the ideal place for those seeking an authentic Lipari experience, between modern comforts and historical charm.
Whether you are looking for relaxation, adventure or simply an escape from the daily routine, you will find everything you want here.
Small pets are accepted, making your stay even more special.
