The accommodation is situated in a strategic location, allowing you to reach the main points of interest within a short walking distance or by public transport.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with three-quarter bed and wardrobe;
- KITCHEN with balcony, sofa, induction cooktop, dining table, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, microwave, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, toilet, sink, and bidet.
FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, A/C split unit in the hallway, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE:
- There are steps to access the apartment (NO elevator);
- Private parking is not included;
- Quiet hours in the afternoon between 12:00 and 1:00 PM.

Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 8 minutes; - If you are traveling by car, to get to Udine it is possible to take A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio motorway from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are SS13, SS54 and SS56. The parking space is not included.
However, it is possible to park for a fee (blue stripes) in via Aquileia or in the neighboring streets (NOT guaranteed).

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedése van, közel volt a vonatállomás és a centrum is egyaránt. A szállásadó kedves volt, mikdem rendben volt.
Elsősegély láda esetleg lehetne később, jól jött volna, mert megvágtam magam. (Igaz nálam is lehetett volna ragtapasz, de talán másnak is jól jöhet a jövőben)

- Le 2 camere da letto spaziose, luminose e con letti comodi.
- Posizione comoda verso tutte le direzioni: ~10 min a piedi dal centro storico, ~10 min a piedi dall’autostazione e dalla stazione dei treni, ~10 min a piedi dal Teatro Nuovo. Nei pressi vari luoghi in cui mangiare.
- Nota utile per gli ospiti: non c’è l’ascensore.

Everything was ok except there is not elevator and wifi was most of the time not in use .
Problem with wifi . All the time was dropping out and I couldn’t use every time I need it .
