A bright, modern apartment, recently renovated with high-quality finishes and perfect for accommodating up to four people.
The property is located in an elegant neighborhood in the heart of Turin, just 500 meters from Porta Nuova Station—offering direct links to the metro, buses, and airport shuttles—and from the famous Piazza San Carlo.
All the city's main tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. The 40 sqm is located on the fourth floor of an elegant period building with an elevator (please note there is a flight of 7 steps to access it) and is laid out as follows: - KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and kitchenware - LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, TV and dining table - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and TV - EN-SUITE BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, washer-dryer and hairdryer - Small BALCONY with a small table and chairs. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, fan-coil cooling system (NO A/C), drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (optional changes available for an extra fee). To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the city tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment. Please note that assistance for any problems related to the check-in with automated access is possible (remotely) until 23:00 In this property check-in is done in self mode.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.
