Interior
The villa of approximately 170 m2, has been recently renovated and embellished with modern finishes.
It is spread over two floors and is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, mosquito nets and independent entrance to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests.
We find the entrance by passing through a wide porch furnished with an outdoor sitting area, two comfortable deck chairs, a table with 6 chairs, located right in front of the pool.
On the right of the entrance there is a kitchen with dining area, equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and on the left there is a dining room, a lounge with satellite TV, decorative fireplace and access to the outside, a bathroom with shower and dressing room with two sinks.
Going up an internal staircase (16 steps) we access the first floor characterized by three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Position Villa Mary is immersed in the famous Tuscan countryside among rolling hills of vineyards and olive groves halfway between Florence and Siena.
It is the ideal place for all those who love a holiday of relaxation and nature.

Services The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas, electricity (but not air conditioning or heating), wi-fi internet, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, there is the possibility of domestic help, a chef and cooking courses. Important Information The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Access to the villa via a gate.
On the first floor there is an empty apartment. Arrival must take place between 5.00pm and 8.00pm (for arrivals after 8.00pm and before 12.00am a supplement of 50 euros will be paid on site). Any arrival outside the 5pm-8pm time slot must be agreed in advance.
Every Friday a technician is scheduled to check the pool. Extra costs to be paid on the spot -Tourist tax per person/day: 2,00 EUR -Heating (from November to April) due only if used, per day: 20,00 EUR -Final cleaning per booking.
In cash: 200,00 EUR -Air-conditioning, due only if used, per day: 20,00 EUR Activities and Distances Villa Mary is located in the municipality of Poggibonsi in the province of Siena in the Upper Elsa Valley, strategically positioned near the cities of Siena, Florence, and Volterra, and on the Via Francigena.
The villa is nestled between two farms that produce high-quality Chianti Classico DOP wines and extra virgin olive oil, as well as grains.
Poggibonsi boasts a beautiful historic center, nestled atop a hill; there are interesting monuments, magnificent museums, and, above all, beautiful surroundings where you can lose yourself in the nature and countryside.

Top! Villa met fantastisch uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad. Er is personeel in de villa dat ervoor zorgt dat het je aan niks ontbreekt. Sonia kookt op verzoek voor je en kan heerlijk koken! Wij hebben genoten van onze dagen in Villa Mary.
