A practical and welcoming 50 square meters open-plan loft, perfect for two people, located on the ground floor of an elegant building with a courtyard.
The property is located in the Prati district, one of Rome's most charming areas: our guests can enjoy relaxing strolls along the Lungotevere or easily reach the Vatican City in about 20 minutes.
The accommodation consists of a kitchenette, living area, sleeping area, and bathroom.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, small refrigerator with freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, Bialetti pod coffee machine, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, and a dining table;
- LIVING AREA with two sofas;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed (160x190 cm), flat-screen TV, and small walk-in closet with drawers;
- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.

Overall good experience. Place is well described, clean, location is perfect. Communication with the host was easy. Easy check in and check out. The only “minus” is that there is only one window which can be open, but AC is working so it’s ok.

Le logement était vraiment très bien et les instructions plus que claires.
pas loin du Vatican, tout est accessible à pied.
Il y a parfois un peu de bruit dans la cour du logement mais ça ne dure pas longtemps.
