Comfortable 69 sqm apartment, perfect for groups or families of up to 4 guests, located on the ground floor of a historic building (a few steps to access).
The apartment is located just outside the centre of Udine, a perfect alternative for those seeking comfort and excellent transport connections without the stress of staying in the city centre.
The area offers all the main services, easily reachable on foot.
The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom.

The interior space is arranged as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, and SMART TV;
- KITCHEN with gas cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven and various kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, bidet, toilet, and sink.

The neighbourhood is residential yet lively, ideal for those who wish to stay in a peaceful area without giving up the convenience of reaching the city centre in just a few minutes. Nearby you will find cafés, traditional restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets, as well as quick public transport connections. Udine’s historic centre is easily reachable on foot and offers many attractions such as Piazza Libertà, one of the most beautiful squares in Friuli, the Udine Castle with its panoramic views over the city, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Annunziata, and elegant shopping streets. Main distances: - Piazza Libertà: 20 minutes on foot; - Udine Castle: 20 minutes on foot; - Cathedral of Santa Maria Annunziata: 22 minutes on foot. - Trattoria Vittoria: 7 minutes on foot; - Bar S. Almost everything was perfect and the size of the house was really good.
I wish there were more ventilators or something for the hot weather and a mosquito net in the bedroom :)
