La poca cura dell’appartamento. Poca pulizia e una cucina che non funzionava molto bene.

Ampi spazi (100 mq) e ampi balconi.
Posizione vicino al mare.
Ascensore (è al 4o piano).
Arredamento degli anni '70 (c'è tutto ma è tutto vecchio, anche gli elettrodomestici, la mobilia, ecc).
Non c'è aria condizionata.
Vasca-doccia, cosa inaccettabile del 2025 in una casa in affitto.
Di notte la zona non sembra delle più tranquille.
Per 150 €/notte mi sarei aspettato nettamente di più. Non ci tornerò.
