The apartment is strategically located, just a few minutes' walk from the ski slopes, making it perfect for winter sports fans. Availability of two single beds for children. The interior space is organized as follows: - KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator, Moka pot, French press, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses; - LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with dining table, double sofa bed, two foldaway single beds, Smart TV (NO antenna), and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC; - BALCONY with a small table and chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS: wifi (100 GB per month), independent heating, fan, and hairdryer. A box is available for storing bicycles and skis. NOTE: There is an elevator from the garage to the apartment. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. WARNING: - If waste is not correctly sorted and disposed of at the designated times and locations, in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged. La posizione ottima
Il monolocale arredato con divano letto matrimoniale aperto non permette l'uso agevole del tavolo . La smart TV molto grande ma non è stato possibile vedere i normali canali Rai Mediaset ecc..

L'appartamento è in posizione centrale rendendo gli spostamenti a piedi molto facili, è fornito di tutto l'indispensabile e anche di un balconcino da cui fare colazione guardando le montagne.
