Spacious apartment of about 80 sqm, ideal for up to 6 people, located on the ground floor of a building (please note the presence of a small step at the entrance).
The property is located in a quiet residential area, well served and excellently connected to the city center.
In a few minutes, on foot or by public transport, you can reach the main attractions of Udine. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. National Code: The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, moka, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa and TV; - BEDROOM 1 with double bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM 2 with double sofa bed and chest of drawers; - BEDROOM 3 with two single beds, a desk and a chest of drawers; - BATHROOM 1 with shower, sink, toilet and bidet; - BATHROOM 2 with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. La descrizione corrisponde esattamente all'appartamento e siamo stati bene. Manca purtroppo il contatto umano perché le comunicazioni si svolgono solo tramite messaggio. La chiave è stata consegnata a mia nipote da una collaboratrice e poi lasciata da noi all'interno dell'appartamento. Un po' di acc...

Spacious
We had a hard time getting the wifi info from them. They said it was on the mirror in front of the entry door. We never found it. There is a small vanity table with mirror but no info on it.

Vor Ort war die Wohnung wie beschrieben , saubere Bettwäsche , saubere Wohnung. Wir hatten keinen Zutritt auf die Terrasse/Garten.
Einziges Manko war, dass die Badezimmertüre schwer zu öffnen war, wenn man diese abgeschlossen hat. Ein Kind würde da definitiv n...
