At the Alpenrose, we do everything we can to ensure that you can set the pace of your vacation days according to your own rhythm.
Here, everything revolves around your well-being.
A drying room is available for winter sports enthusiasts, skiers, cross-country skiers, and ski tourers, as well as for hikers, cyclists, and walkers in the summer.
Motorcyclists, bikers, classic car enthusiasts, and cyclists… can park their vehicles in our garage. Free outdoor parking spaces are available for all our guests. We also offer an underground parking garage (for a fee)
After an active day, we invite you to relax in our small but exquisite wellness area with a sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin—pure relaxation.

You’ve already found the perfect starting point for your vacation—perhaps even an active vacation in the Bregenzerwald!
In the summer, you’ll receive the Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal Guest Card free of charge for stays of 3 nights or more. Your ticket to all the exciting and enjoyable mountain experiences! It takes you as often as you like by mountain rail to the hiking areas, is valid for eco-friendly rides on public buses, and also grants you refreshing and relaxing hours at the outdoor pools.
In winter, you’ll receive the Winter Card for free access to the cross-country ski trails in Au-Schoppernau, free use of the ski bus that stops right at the hotel, and free admission to events and guided tours. Depending on snow conditions, you can access the cross-country trails directly from the hotel.

The house was exquisite! Extremely neat and clean, with large rooms and a wonderful kitchen. Incredible views of the Sicilian countryside. Our host Francesco was amazing! Extremely communicative and spoke English well, and he was very accommodating!
