- In person welcome from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (arrivals after 10:00 PM only if agreed before booking).
- Two days before arrival you will receive by email the link to your private area, where you will need to: enter the details and a photo of the identity document of each guest (ID card front and back, or passport) indicate your arrival time request extras and pay for them online or on arrival Extras: Sofa bed for 2 guests sleeping in separate beds: 15 per night Pet: 20 per pet for every 7 nights or part thereof Private garage, if available: 15 per night Cot and high chair: free of charge for children under 2 years old (Grignolino up to 2, other apartments 1) Guests: 1 to 4 people with a bed, plus infants under 2 years old in a cot.
- The number of guests must match the booking. The tourist tax is already included in the rate. The full stay rules, the privacy policy and the terms and conditions are available on the property's official website and are sent by email after the booking is confirmed.
