Appartamento situato in un quartiere tranquillo residenziale; leggermente distante dai servizi utili (supermercati/bar/ristoranti) ma raggiungibili facilmente in macchina.
Consigliato per chi vuole spostarsi per visitare la costa del Conero in macchina.

Posizione buona contesto ottimo, ma 3 ventilatori mezzi scassati un rumore assordante nel bagno per via della Ventola,polvere depositata ovunque e tavoletta del gabinetto assolutamente cambiare...

La casa era bella ma a 1 km dal centro
Poca pulizia , lavastoviglie non funzionante , 1 sola pentola piccola e 1 unico coltello per 4 persone, luci appese con solo la lampadina e il divano del soggiorno rotto e emanava odore di sudore . No aria condizionata ma ventilatori.
