Nice apartment located on the first floor of a building without elevator (NOT suitable for the disabled) and able to comfortably accommodate up to five people.
The accommodation is located in the historic center of Lerici, a few steps from Piazza Mottino and the beautiful Gulf of La Spezia.
The apartment is close to bars, restaurants and cafes and the ferry to the beautiful Cinque Terre, Portovenere, La Spezia and Tellaro. The apartment is located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Access to Lerici and San Terenzo, the two towns that directly overlook the gulf, in the period between 15 June and 31 august, is governed by the limited traffic zone ( ZTL) in force from 10 am to 18,30 pm and from 01,00 am to 05,00 am. The interior space The apartment of about 45 square meters is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT elevator.
To access the apartment it is necessary to climb stairs. The apartment is composed as follows: - LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa, flat-screen TV and split A/C; - OPEN KITCHENETTE with induction hob, dining table, fridge, electric moka, kettle, microwave, toaster and dishwasher; - BEDROOM I with a double bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan; - BEDROOM II with three single bunk beds, chest of drawers and ceiling fan; - HALF BATH with sink, shower, bidet and toilet; - TERRACE with table and chairs and pergola. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Guests' access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other details to be noted 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax. This procedure is used by us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy. You can find all the information on the official website of alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree no. 74 of 16/04/2013). In summer, the average air temperature should not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. In winter, the weighted average air temperature should not exceed 20°C. We will provide you with further instructions closer to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: - A security deposit of EUR 300 is required. You will be asked to make the payment via the Guest Portal. Description of the area We are in Lerici, very picturesque and strategic place which includes two national parks and a regional park – Tuscan-Emilian Apennine Park, 5 Terre Park, Montemarcello Park and the Magra River , a large territory, which goes from Liguria to Tuscany, including the realities of Lunigiana, Val di Vara, Garfagnana, and then Versilia, the Tuscan archipelago and Corsica itself, in its historical-cultural ties with the Italian peninsula . For many, Lerici will be an opportunity to take a break for reflection, for others it will be a point from which to start or restart; someone will have the desire to stay, others will set sail again in search of further ports, but bringing with them a little of the 'richness' of this dynamic and clear panorama, perceived as a sailor's vision that tries to embrace in one just a glance at the whole north-Tyrrhenian basin. Main distances: - Bello Pharmacy: 4 minutes on foot, 350mt; - Conad City (supermarket): 11 minutes on foot, 700 meters; - Bar Tirreno: 2 minutes on foot, 190 meters; - Ristorante da Paolino (restaurant): 2 minutes on foot, 190mt. Getting around - From Pisa International Airport, it is possible to reach the Central Station thanks to the PISAMOVER service.
From here you can take the train to La Spezia Central Station.
From here you can reach the "Piazza Martiri" stop (6 minutes on foot) and take the bus to the "Via Nino Gerini" stop, a 2-minute walk from the property. - From La Spezia Central Station you can reach the "Piazza Caduti del Lavoro" stop (2 minutes on foot) and take the L bus to the "Via Nino Gerini" stop, a 2-minute walk from the property. - If you travel by car, in summer Lerici is governed by a ZTL so it has a limited traffic zone.
The center is connected to the major paid parking lots outside the ZTL by a free shuttle about every 20 minutes from 09.00 to 20.00. The nearest paid parking is "La Vallata" which is 1.5 km from the apartment.

Alloggio piccolino, molto godibile la terrazza attrezzata, aria condizionata ben funzionante.
Posizione abbastanza centrale.
Lunga e indaginosa la procedura di check in online da fare prima dell'arrivo.
Doccia molto scomoda per chi è alto più di un metro e settanta, poco pulita....

Posizione dell'appartamento ottimale, a due passi dalla piazza centrale e dal bellissimo mare di Lerici. Consigliato per brevi soggiorni perché gli spazi non sono grandissimi e il letto a castello ha materassi un po' scomodi per un adulto. Tutto il resto è abbastanza fedele alla descrizione e alle foto presenti nell'annuncio.
