Ottima la posizione , proprio a pochi passi dal mare
Buona la dotazione e la pulizia dell'appartamento che è situato in un tranquillo contesto condominiale
Troppo lunga la fase di accettazione (quasi 2 ore)
Le camere sono sotto il livello stradale e raggiungibile con una scala a chiocciola poco comoda.

Le scale per andare nelle stanze scomode perché con noi x era una persona anziana di 84 anni
